These terms cover your use of Recess. If you got it from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Using Recess
You may use Recess for your own personal purposes. Don't use it to break the law, to harm anyone, or to try to break, copy or overload our service.
Recording classes
You are responsible for following your school's rules and the law before recording a class or a person.
Study help, not cheating
AI answers can be wrong. Check them against your material, and follow your school's rules on using AI for schoolwork.
Your content
What you add stays yours. We don't claim any rights to it. See the privacy policy for how it is handled.
Changes
We may change, pause or stop features. If paid plans are offered, their price and any trial are shown before you buy, and Apple handles payment, renewals and cancellations.
No warranty
Recess is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, JARAMAH INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
